What's The Difference Between Cellulose & Fiberglass Insulations?

About 35 db in sound reduction !

Most everyone knows there is no insulation that comes close to the percentage of recycled content found in cellulose insulation--up to 85%. That saves tons and tons of paper from ending up in the waste stream every year. But cellulose insulation also cuts down on another form of pollution--noise. Check out this video demonstration comparing the sound control qualities between cellulose insulation and fiberglass batts. It's a short but powerful demonstration of the incredible sound control that can be achieved using cellulose insulation to reduce noise. It's one of the best ways to insulate a home, office, recording studio or any other building from exterior sound intrusion or between interior rooms.
