Limited Product Warranty
Therm-O-Comfort Co. Ltd. warrants that Therm-O-Light and Therm-O-Spray Insulation are manufactured to meet or exceed CAN/ULC S703-09 and the thermal performance stated on the installation record/attic card for the normal design life of the building (maximum 25 years), provided the material is installed according to Therm-O-Comfort’s installation instructions.
Claims will be limited to the replacement cost of defective insulation or the cost of providing additional insulation, provided proof of purchase and a copy of the completed and signed installation record/attic card is supplied to ThermO-Comfort for review. R-Value claims under this warranty are limited to deficiencies in excess of 5% of the value declared on the installation record/attic card. Therm-O-Comfort reserves the right, at its discretion, to inspect the installation and/or remove samples for validation purposes, as well as determine the appropriate method of compensation.
Under no circumstances shall Therm-O-Comfort be held responsible or liable for any damages or claims, arising from the use, misuse or improper installation of the product whether or not such damages or claims are direct, indirect or consequential. This warranty does not cover any claims or damages resulting from defects in structure or acts of nature.
